Thank you for shopping with Pawswells! We want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed or shipped.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


2. Returns

Since we are a dropshipping-based store, most products are shipped directly from our suppliers.
To keep prices low and shipping fast, we generally do not accept returns unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective, or

  • You received the wrong item.

If your item meets these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video showing the issue

We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide you with a replacement or refund.


3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Pet hygiene or grooming products (for health and safety reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
